Peace making

What’s a cultural tradition from another country that you wish existed in yours?

This act is probably not a tradition, but I came to know about it a few years ago. I saw a documentary on YouTube, probably in 2019. This documentary was filmed in South Korea. It is said that in this country, people usually protest in a peaceful manner instead of resorting to violence first. I saw people holding candles and a banner and walking on the streets instead of shouting to make their message known to others. Peaceful protests take place all over the world, but are not the ones that are widely used to seek justice or make their voices known. In my country, I usually observe that people are either very aggressive towards each other during a protest, like the authorities and protesters going against each other. I know that certain problems might need aggression to be solved, but I don’t think that aggression should always be used .
