Your brain just never stops growing !

Have you ever wondered when your brain stops growing . Well , scientifically it never stops growing until you die . This process is call neurogenesis . In this process the human brain continues to produce neurons which is responsible for memory and learning .

There is another process which occurs throughout our life called neuroplasticity. It is the process in which the brain constantly changes to adapt to the changing and evolving environment,learning and memories .

Suppose you are 65 and you are reading a newspaper , your brain start forming new neurons every second you read and grasp new information . Your brain keeps changing every moment you learn something new . Like right now your brain has already changed from clicking on this post to up until reading this sentence . You have learned something new !
